This is the third exact same pair of this shoe I have bought in the past 12 years. Found the first ones in Europe, replaced them about four years later in New York, and then bought this pair on line. They are SO comfortable -- my go-to shoes many, many days. Great for travel, too -- lightweight and you can walk for hours. Please NEVER stop making them.One complaint I have with Geox is that you appear to be closing stores in the U.S. I went to the address I found online for your San Francisco store two weeks ago only to be told that you'd been gone over a year. Most of the Geox shoes I own (yes, I have several pair, including boots) have been purchased in Europe, but I do like being able to buy your brand in my own country.

How do I return/exchange my shoes?
All shoes must be returned in original condition for refund or exchange, unless they are being returned for defective reasons. Please use the return/exchange form and prepaid UPS return label to send the shoes back to us. If you are missing any of this paperwork please let us know, so we can mail it out to you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
We will be happy to replace the item if a member of our quality inspection team finds it defective. If it is not found to be defective, we will return it to you as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
GEOX stands by its product. If you are unhappy with your order you may return your purchase within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Shoes must be in original condition to be accepted for returns/exchange (unless defective). Beyond 30 days, our products are guaranteed against defects and workmanship.
Straight returns are charged a fee of $5.95 if the UPS Pre-Paid Return Sticker provided is used. The cost of shipping an item back to shopgeox.com is always the responsibility of the customer (note: exceptions to this policy are made for defective items). No shipping charges will be applied to exchange orders.
We will process your return/exchange 1-2 days after it is received at our warehouse. If you did not receive a Merchandise Return Form with your order, please print, fill out and return this Return Form (Acrobat PDF) for your return/exchange. You will receive an email from us to confirm the receipt and processing of your return. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund credit to appear on your credit card/bank account.
